What We've Been Up To This February

Well, February has been another wild ride! We’ve kept the momentum going with plenty of chaos, laughs, and unforgettable moments, and it’s only the shortest month of the year! From talent shows to charity events, and even a little beach time, Emily and Julie have been busy balancing it all with style. Whether it's stepping into their dance mom roles or volunteering for an amazing cause, they’ve done it all and they’ve done it with heart. Let’s dive into everything they've been up to this month, and what’s coming up next in March!

Emily's February Highlights
February started off with a bit of adventure for Emily, as she refused to let the flu keep her from her trip to Mexico. Despite being under the weather, she bounced back and made it to the beach with a pina colada in hand, proving once again why she’s the 🐐🐐🐐. After that, she attended the Bubbles, Boots, & Bingo event benefiting the Down Syndrome Partnership of North Texas, where she showed up with boots on and bubbly in hand, ready to enjoy a fun game of bingo for a great cause. Not long after, she couldn’t have been more proud watching her daughter Hattie and her teammates give it their all at a basketball game, showcasing the passion and heart they put into every play during an incredible season. The month wrapped up with a mix of special events: she celebrated her daughter’s cotillion and then attended the 6th annual Celebration at Sundown charity gala, where she supported the lifesaving work of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. It was a month filled with joy, pride, giving back, and a little bit of sunshine.
Julie's February Highlights
February kicked off with a special moment for Julie, as her inner dance mom came out in full force at her daughter’s recital. She couldn’t have been prouder of how talented her kids are becoming and was fully focused and determined to make sure her daughter received all the recognition she truly deserved. Julie then attended her kids' WRE talent show, where she cheered on Anna during her first-grade girls' Annie performance. She was also thrilled to watch her son and his friends shine on stage, knowing that her hard work teaching them had truly paid off. Julie had a blast as a first-time room mom for Ryder’s 3rd grade class, organizing a fun Valentine's party and spoiling the teachers with love. The family spent the evening at their club, and the kids wrapped up basketball season with the Swooshties & Wildcats, looking forward to the spring. To top it off, Julie, Ryder, and Anna volunteered with The Birthday Party Project, throwing a birthday celebration for February birthday kids at Interfaith Family Services. They can’t wait to do it again!
